Actual salary: Grade 5 (SCP 12- SCP 17: £28,598 - £31,023 (Pro Rota), £21,145 - £22,938 (actual salary)

Looking to help young people find their voice? The Bulmershe School is looking for a dedicated SALT Practitioner (Learning Support Assistant) to join our inclusive SEND team.

In this rewarding role, you will be the bridge between a student’s potential and their ability to express it. Working in our brand new Specialist Resource Base (SRB), you will deliver specialist speech, language and communication interventions that empower our students to engage with their lessons and build lasting social confidence. You will work as part of a supportive and experienced Learning Support department, collaborating with professional therapists and teachers to ensure our school environment is accessible for everyone.
